FAQ
Question 01
What is the main purpose of this portfolio?
This platform was created to organize and concentrate all projects developed during the Multimedia Conception and Audit (CAMUL) course, reflecting our acquired knowledge and aesthetic standards in a single digital space.
Question 02
Who developed this website?
The portfolio was designed and developed by Francisca Silva and Rui Marinho, Master's students in Computer Engineering at ISEP, who shared responsibilities for design, programming, and content organization.
Question 03
What technologies were used to build the platform?
We utilized HTML, Tailwind CSS, and JavaScript for the core development. For design and content, we used Figma for mockups and D-ID for the AI avatar. Within the course modules, we integrated Matterport to create immersive 3D learning resources. The platform's infrastructure is powered by Supabase and Cloudflare CDN to ensure performance and scalability, managed through our deployment service.
Question 04
What design principles guided the layout?
The interface applies the Rule of Thirds to create a balanced composition and follows a Z-pattern navigation structure to align with natural reading habits and improve usability.
Question 05
How was the quality of the website ensured?
We implemented a rigorous test plan based on the Quality Evaluation Framework (QEF), assessing functionality, efficiency, and adaptability. While the platform achieved a score of 93.92% in the initial testing phase, we implemented further optimizations in this final version with the goal of reaching 100% compliance.
Question 06
Why was Udemy selected for the Solar Energy MOOC?
Udemy was chosen because its guidelines ensure high technical quality (HD video, clear audio) and support microlearning structures (videos between 2 to 6 minutes), which were essential for our course on "Hybrid Solar Energy".
We are two students in the Master's program in Computer Engineering. Rui is specializing in Cybersecurity, and Francisca is focusing on Data. We both have a strong interest in multimedia, which led us to enroll in this course. Together, we formed a group to complete all the assignments with quality and, above all, enthusiasm. We created this website as a way to preserve and showcase the work we developed during the Conceção e Auditoria Multimédia (CAMUL) course, serving as a sort of portfolio.
